In MP-HT sweepers, the filter is elevated, positioned away from the waste container. This configuration ensures that only fine dust reaches the filter, while coarser debris remains in the waste container.
The uniquely designed cyclonic chamber plays a critical role in this process:
Widened section near the waste container: promotes the settling of coarse dust.
Funnel-shaped narrowing in the centre: increases the speed of the airflow, allowing only the finest particles to pass through.
Widened section near the filter: provides adequate space for fine dust to settle, improving filtration efficiency.
Additionally, the waste container is slightly tilted relative to the floor, maximising its filling capacity and optimising debris flow.
1. Suitable for damp environments. The elevated filter position prevents it from becoming wet, eliminating the need to shut off suction in humid conditions or on wet surfaces.
2. Extended filter lifespan and efficiency. The filter clogs less frequently as it only traps fine dust. This allows the use of simple, easily removable panel filters (available in paper, polyester, or HEPA) even in dusty environments, where more complex pocket or cartridge filters are typically required.
3. Simplified cleaning and maintenance. Thanks to the electric filter shaker, the filter can be cleaned after use, maintaining high performance over time. Additionally, the panel filter is easily accessible and removable for routine maintenance or replacement at the end of its life cycle.
4. Operator safety. The air released back into the environment is clean, improving working conditions and reducing health risks.
